One of  the Artist's I studied when doing my Diploma of Visual Art, was Albert Tucker. Albert Tucker would have to be another artist that I favoured mostly. His work so recognizable any where in the world. His crescent shape that he places his paintings helps but its the bold use colour and  the way he applies it so freely. Born in 1914 died in 1999 In Melbourne pre war and grew up during the war.  So have a read of this interview, and get to know another of our Australian artists Albert Tucker son of The Honourable Albert Lee Tucker
