Born into the minor nobility, Sofonisba was the oldest of six daughters and one son. While members of the nobility were expected to have knowledge of the arts, it was not conventional for them to pursue the arts professionally. Today the nominated Photographer Ansel Adam, I have the 3 book set in my shelves. The Film, The Negative, The Print. When I was studying Black and White film and Dark room we had a session On how Ansel got it so right so followed his procedure and it almost was 100% right every time. I used the same products every time had the times right its finding your groove once you have done that you hardly have failures. But unfortunately I am now using digital as I am 67 and cannot stand for hours and dont like the chemicals. Richard Avedon (May 15, 1923 – October 1, 2004) was an American fashion and portrait photographer. He worked for companies like Harper's Bazaar, Vogue. S pecializing in capturing movement in still pictures of fashion, theater and dance. He was born in New York City, to a Jewish family. His father, Jacob Israel Avedon, was a Russian-born immigrant who advanced from menial work to starting his own successful retail dress business on Fifth Avenue. His mother, Anna, from a family that owned a dress-manufacturing business, encouraged Richard's love of fashion and art.
